In 1977, with a degree in Civil Engineering, Roberto created Ruiz Engineering Corporation. As President of that company, Roberto used his 40 years of engineering, construction and development experience to direct the firm's operations in bridge design, roadways, as well as commercial and residential subdivisions.

In 2000, Roberto created Ruiz Investment Group to manage the real estate assets developed by Ruiz Engineering. As the visionary force behind both companies, Roberto instills in his employees the philosophy that trust, quality, and a continued emphasis on improvement are the foundation of great companies.
