In 1977, with a degree in Civil Engineering and numerous years in public and private practice, Mr. Ruiz created Ruiz Engineering Corporation.  Using his 20 years of engineering, construction and development experience, he directed the firm’s operations for the design of bridges, roadways and commercial properties, as well as residential subdivisions.

In 2000, Mr. Ruiz formed Ruiz Investment Group to manage the real estate assets developed by Ruiz Engineering.  As the visionary force behind both companies, Mr. Ruiz instills a philosophy that performance and a continued emphasis on improvement are the foundations of an outstanding organization.
