In his role as Vice President of Ruiz Engineering Corporation and as a member of Ruiz Investment Group, Mr. Stanton is responsible for all development initiatives including financial analysis, acquisition and contract negotiations, as well as day-to-day interaction with lenders and investment partners.
 
He is a registered architect with previous experience as the President of a Tucson-based architectural firm and, prior to that, as the Director of Technology for an architectural/engineering firm doing business throughout the United States and abroad.  Mr. Stanton’s 30 years of experience gives him the ability to quickly address challenges and implement solutions, while diligently ensuring that quality and attention to detail are at the forefront of the companies’ operations.
